スタービンと、同排気ガスタービンによつて駆動
されエンジンの給気を加圧するコンプレツサと、
その両端に上記排気ガスタービンホイール及びコ
ンプレツサホイールを装着したロータ軸と、同ロ
ータ軸を軸支する軸受装置とを具えてなるものに
おいて、上記排気ガスタービンの排気ガス入口通
路と排気ガス出口通路との間に、タービンホイー
ルをバイパスして排気ガスを上記入口通路から出
口通路に導くウエストゲートバルブが設けられ、
同ウエストゲートバルブが、エンジンの始動後上
記軸受装置に十分な量の給油が行なわれるまでの
間開放されるように構成されたことを特徴とター
