第１図は外ケースの展開図である。斜線部分は
接着面を示す。第２図は外ケースの折り畳んだ状
態（左）とそれを四角形に起こした状態（右）で
ある。１，２，３，４は後方の折り返し部分を示
し、その番号は折り曲げる順序を表す。Ｆは外ケ
ースの前方、Ｂは後方を示す。第３図は外ケース
の組み立て手順を示す。外ケースを四角形に起こ
し後方の折り返し部分を若い番号順に折り曲げ（
右）、それを内側へ押し込んだ状態（左上）を示
す。その後、ケースを仰向けにして補強板５を上
から奥深く、しつかりと取り付ける（左下）。５
は補強板、６は補強枠、Ｂは外ケースの後方、Ｆ
は外ケースの前方を示す。第４図は補強枠６の取
付方法を示す。外ケースの前方に補強枠６を取り
付け、折返し部分をつかりと折り曲げて固定する
。上図は正しい取り付け位置で下図は間違つた位
置である。第５図は内ケースの展開図ならびにその折り上
げた状態を示す。７，８は二枚重ねの後方の折り返し、９，１０
は二枚重ねの前方の折り返し、１１は左側面の折
り返し、１２は右側面の折り返し、１３は差し込
みを示す。第６図は内ケースの組み立て手順を示す。上図
は差込み１３の挿入方法であり、下図は折り上げ
の手順である。第７図は内ケースの完成図である
。底板１４を入れ込む（上図）とケース全体が組
み立てられた状態になる。それに鉄製の仕切板１
５を取り付けると本考案は完成する。（下図）第８図は「ワンタツチジヨイント金具」の正面
図（右）、側面図（中）、取付図（左）である。１６はジヨイントツメ、１７はジヨイント掛け
金、１８は掛けツメ、１９は外ケースの断面図を
示す。第９図は本考案の連結の状態を示す。左図は積
み重ね及び並列の連結状態の断面図、円内上図は
積重ね時の掛けツメのセツトを示し、下は並列の
連結方法を示す。１６はジヨイントツメ、１７はジヨイント掛け
金、１８は掛けツメ、１９は外ケースのそろぞれ
の断面図である。２０は掛けツメの上下移動距離
