本考案は、テープレコーダー等の電気機器に関

示す斜視図であり、第１キヤビネツト１と第２キ
ヤビネツト２とを合体させることによつて直方体
形状のキヤビネツトが構成されていると共に動作
切換を行なう操作釦３及び電池の収納部を被う電
池蓋４が設けられている。また、第１キヤビネツ
ト１と第２キヤビネツト２との結合はネジ５の締
付及び電池収納部内におけるネジ（図示せず）の

に前記ロツク用弾性片１１の係合部１１ｂの上方
に設けられている透孔、１３は該側壁７に形成さ
れていると共に前記透孔１２に連設されている係
合溝である。１４及び１５は、内部に設けられて
いる電気回路と電池とを接続する端子板が取付け
られる取付孔であり前記側壁１０に形成されてい
る。第１キヤビネツト１はこのように構成されて
いるが次に第２キヤビネツト２について第３図を
参照して説明する。第３図において、１６は前記
第１キヤビネツト１に形成されている電池収納部
６を構成する側壁１０に対向する側板、１７は底
板９に対向する底板、そして１８は前記側壁７に
対向する側板である。１９は該側板１８の前記電
池収納部６を構成する側壁７に形成されているロ
ツク用弾性片１１及び透孔１２に対応する位置に
形成されているロツク片であり、前記ロツク用弾
性片１１に設けられている係合部１１ｂと係合す
る当接部１９ａ及び前記透孔１２を通して前記係
合溝１３と合致せしめられる係合部１９ｂが設け
られている。斯かる構成において、前記ロツク用
弾性片１１及びロツク片１９は夫々側壁７及び側

２キヤビネツト２とを合体させるべく該係合部１
９ｂ及び透孔１２を中心として回動せしめると該
第１キヤビネツト１と第２キヤビネツト２とが合
体される。第１図は、斯かる動作によつて合体さ
れた状態を示すものであり、第１キヤビネツト１
に形成されているロツク用弾性片１１の係合部１
１ｂが第２キヤビネツト２に形成されているロツ
ク片１９の当接部１９ａに係合すると共に該ロツ
ク片１９の係合部１９ｂが側壁７に形成されてい
る透孔１２を通して係合溝１３と合致せしめられ
た状態になる。そして、斯かる状態にあるときロ
ツク用弾性片１１は図示した如く少したわんだ状
態となり、そのたわみにより生じる弾性力によつ
てロツク片１９との係合が強固に行なわれること
になる。斯様にして、第１キヤビネツト１と第２
キヤビネツト２の一方の端部即ち電池収納部６が
形成されている側の端部を結合した後他方の端部
は第４図に示した技術と同様にネジ５によつて締
付固定され第１キヤビネツト１と第２キヤビネツ
ト２との結合作業は終了する。このようにして第
１キヤビネツト１と第２キヤビネツト２との結合
動作は行なわれるが、斯かる動作の反対の動作を
行なえば第１キヤビネツト１を第２キヤビネツト
２より分離させることが出来る。ネジ５による締
付動作を解除した後、第１キヤビネツト１をロツ
ク片１９の係合部１９ｂを中心として第１図にお
いて時計方向に回動変位せしめるとロツク用弾性
片１１のたわみ動作が行なわれ該ロツク用弾性片
１１の係合部１１ｂとロツク片１９の当接部１９
ａとの係合関係が断たれるので第１キヤビネツト
１は第２キヤビネツト２より分離されることにな

によつて第１キヤビネツトと第２キヤビネツトと
を結合させるようにしたので締付固定用のネジが
少なくなるだけでなく、特に電池収納部内にて締
付固定していたネジが不要になるため組立作業が
非常に簡単になるという効果を有している。また
ロツク用弾性片に設けられている係合部とロツク
片に設けられている当接部との係合動作及び該ロ
ツク用弾性片の弾性力によつて第１キヤビネツト
と第２キヤビネツトとを結合保持させるようにし
たのでキヤビネツトの変形や成形時のバラツキ等
に起因して生じるキヤビネツト間の〓間を極力小
さくすることが出来ると共にスピーカーの放音動
作に起因して生じるビビリ音の発生を抑えること
が出来るという効果を本考案は有している。更
に、本考案は第１キヤビネツトに設けられている
電池収納部を構成すると共にロツク用弾性片が形
成されている側壁を被う第２キヤビネツトの面に
ロツク片を形成したので、前記ロツク用弾性片が
キヤビネツトの外部に露出することはなく、商品
の美観を損ねることがないという利点を有してお
