  1. 原稿を露光走査する第一スキヤナと第二スキヤ
    ナとを収納した光学ユニツトを設け、前記光学ユ
    ニツト内に冷却風を送風する冷却フアンを前記第
    一スキヤナの走査方向に対向する位置に配設し、
    前記冷却フアンにより送風された冷却風を前記光
    学ユニツト内のミラーに向けて案内するガイド部
    を設けたことを特徴とする光学系の汚れ防止装置
    。
