- Publication No. 112589 discloses that a frame is assembled into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape on a base, and cloth covers are placed on the four sides and the top to form a clothes storage chamber, and on the other hand, a steam generator is provided within the base. A clothing finishing machine has been disclosed in which steam is ejected from below into a clothing storage chamber to inject the steam onto the clothing inside.

するという課題を生ずる。 However, with this clothing finishing machine, no consideration has been given to discharging the steam discharged into the clothing storage chamber to the outside, and when using it for several items of clothing at home, it is difficult to clean it. When used repeatedly on many clothes in a store, the work room becomes hot and humid, making it impossible to improve the work environment. Slide fasteners are arranged in the vertical direction at both left and right ends of the front surface of the storage chamber, and the slide fasteners are used to open the front surface of the clothes storage chamber to take clothes in and out. However, cleaning operations require the garment to be trimmed and applied to the support form as described above. Therefore, in a configuration in which only the front side of the clothes storage chamber is opened, the back side of the clothes cannot be properly arranged, and only an extremely poor finish can be expected. In addition, in order to properly arrange the back of the clothes, the worker must enter this clothes storage room and
Although it may be necessary to put your hands behind the clothes,
This type of work is time-consuming and difficult to properly dress, and requires an unnecessary increase in the size of the clothes storage chamber, which not only increases the work area and equipment size, but also requires unnecessary steam generation. This creates the problem of consuming as necessary.

能率が悪くなるという課題も生ずる。 Furthermore, in this clothing finishing machine, when the front side of the clothing storage chamber is opened to take out the clothes after the work is completed, there is a risk that the steam inside may blow out towards the operator from the front opening. It is extremely dangerous for the steam inside to concentrate and hit the worker, and the only way to prevent this is to wait for the steam to subside naturally. As a result, when a large number of clothes need to be processed in succession at a dry cleaning shop or the like, there is a problem in that the waiting time between jobs becomes long and work efficiency deteriorates.

On the other hand, as described above, the steam is discharged outside from the intake port at the top of the hood by the exhaust devices 5 and 94, and the steam also rises from below and is discharged. Therefore, by discharging steam from the hood using the exhaust devices 5 and 94, it is possible to quickly move on to the next operation, and if the hood is raised in time with the rise of steam, the next operation can be started extremely quickly. It becomes possible to move.

Although not shown in the drawings, the blower 5 has an intake port that passes through the top plate and opens at the upper end of the hood, and an exhaust port that is connected to an exhaust pipe that leads to the outside. This exhaust device may have its intake port communicated with any point inside the extended hood 1, but if it is communicated upward as in this example, it is advantageous for recovering rising steam and hot air. be. Furthermore, since the hood 1 contracts from the bottom to the top, the hood 1 can be contracted in synchronization with the rise of steam and hot air. As a result, the completion of exhausting steam and hot air and the completion of deflation of the hood can be accomplished almost simultaneously, which is also advantageous in terms of shortening working time.

This ratchet wheel 62 is engaged with a pawl 73 that prevents the ratchet wheel 62 from reversing (rotation in the direction opposite to the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5), and this pawl 73 is supported so as to be swingable about a shaft 77. . A connecting rod 74 extends to the left of the claw 73 in the figure, and this connecting rod 74
The tip is rotatably supported by the lower end of a movable iron core 76 of an electromagnetic solenoid 75 . In addition, the above-mentioned shaft 77
is located at the lower left of the front of the reduction motor mounting plate 69.
Further, electromagnetic solenoids 75 are respectively attached to the left side surface.

Then, the pawl 73 rotates downward about the shaft 77, and the pawl 73 is disengaged from the teeth of the ratchet wheel 62. This results in
In this state, the drive shaft of the deceleration motor whose power is turned off is in a free state, and the ribbon wheel 63 is

However, when it reaches the top surface of the top plate and approaches the magnet switch 72, the magnet switch is activated, turning off the power to the deceleration motor 61 and at the same time stopping the excitation of the electromagnetic solenoid 75. As a result, the movable iron core 76 descends and the pawls 73 engage with the teeth of the ratchet wheel 62, thereby preventing the drive shaft from reversing (rotation in the direction opposite to the direction of the arrow in the figure). That is, a lifting device 96 is attached to the upper end of one of the outer pipes 82. This lifting device 96 uses a mechanism similar to that of the telescopic device of the previous embodiment. Although it includes a connecting rod 74, an electromagnetic solenoid 75, etc., one ribbon 97 is connected to the ribbon wheel 73, unlike the previous embodiment. The tip of the ribbon 97 is connected to a top plate 88, and the top plate 88 is rotated upward by operating a deceleration motor and winding the ribbon 97 around a ribbon wheel. At this time, due to the balance weight, only a small amount of power is required to pull up the top plate. On the other hand, in order to rotate the top plate 88 downward, as in the case of extending the hood in the previous embodiment, if the deceleration motor is turned off and the claws are released from the teeth of the ratchet wheel, the top plate 88 is rotated horizontally by its own weight. The blower is rotated to a horizontal position and stopped in a horizontal position by a structure capable of stopping the rotation as appropriate, such as by contacting the attachment bars 89, 89 of the balance weight with the lower end of the blower attachment plate 84.

Furthermore, by arranging the exhaust port of the exhaust device above the hood, the hood can be deflated in accordance with the timing of exhausting steam and hot air, thereby increasing work efficiency.
