As a conventional technology of this kind, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-68010
Publication No. 55-19376 or Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 1937-19376
There are disclosures in Publication No. 49-39212, etc. The ventilation structure disclosed in these documents includes a fabric foundation provided on the ground with intake holes formed at appropriate positions, an outer wall provided on a base on the fabric foundation, and a roof provided above the outer wall. A fan is provided inside the outer wall of the house to form a ventilation passage whose upper end communicates with the attic space below the roof and whose lower end communicates with the underfloor space, and which discharges the air inside the attic space to the outside. It was established. With this kind of structure, in the summer, the low-temperature air under the floor can be sent into the attic space through the outer wall, so the temperature of the outer wall itself decreases, and warm air from the attic can be released to the outside. As a result, the inside of the house can be kept relatively cool even during the summer.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, there is a problem in that the underfloor space is surrounded by the floor and the flat surface of the ground below the floor, and therefore cold air cannot be sufficiently sent out. This is because the air taken in from the air intake holes flows over the flat surface of the ground and is cooled by the low-temperature geothermal heat, but because the surface area is small, heat exchange is not sufficient. . Additionally, since the surface of the ground remains as it is, moisture in the ground evaporates and humid air flows inside the house, causing the problem that the components that make up the house absorb moisture and lack durability. There is a point.

This invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its means include a cloth foundation provided on the ground with intake holes formed at appropriate positions, and an outer wall provided on the base on the cloth foundation. A ventilation path inside the exterior wall panel of a roof having a panel and a roof provided above the exterior wall panel, the upper end of which communicates with the attic space below the roof, and the lower end of which communicates with the underfloor space. In the ventilation structure of a house, the ventilation structure of a house is provided with a fan for discharging the air inside the attic space to the outside. This is a space surrounded by bedding material with high thermal conductivity and moisture resistance laid on the surface.

According to the above means, when the air inside the attic space is exhausted to the outside by the fan, the air in the ventilation passage inside the outer wall panel communicating with the attic space is also exhausted accordingly. As a result, the cold air in the underfloor space is sucked in from the lower end of the air passage, passes through the air passage into the attic space, and is discharged to the outside together with the warm air originally inside the attic space. Moreover, since there is a vertical hole formed in the ground and a vertical hole in the ground below the underfloor space, the air sucked in from the intake hole cannot exchange heat with the ground, which has a large surface area due to the presence of the vertical hole. As a result, it becomes even cooler. By this,
The exterior wall panels are cooled by the cold air passing through the ventilation channels, lowering the temperature of the room surrounded by the exterior wall panels, and the warm air inside the attic is exhausted to the outside, making life comfortable even in the summer. can be sent. In addition, since there is a highly moisture-proof bedding material on the surface of the ground and the vertical holes formed in the ground, moisture does not evaporate from the ground surface, so the humidity of the air flowing through the exterior wall panels is low. , the durability of houses will be improved.

A vertical hole 12 is formed in the ground 2 of the underfloor space 10, and the surface of the ground 2 of the underfloor space 10, including the surface of this hole 12, is covered with a heat sink made of aluminum foil, aluminum foil-deposited vinyl chloride sheet, etc. A bedding material 13 with high conductivity and moisture resistance is laid. In the room surrounded by the outer wall panel 4, there is installed a ventilation pipe 15 which has openings 14 at both ends and is hollow inside. One opening 14 of this ventilation pipe 15 is connected to the attic space 16. and the other opening 14 is connected to the underfloor space 10 to connect the attic space 16 and the underfloor space 10.
However, it is desirable that the ventilation pipe 15 is made of a material with high thermal conductivity so that it can also absorb indoor heat. An auxiliary ventilation cylinder 17 is arranged below the ventilation cylinder 15, and this auxiliary ventilation cylinder 17 allows outside air entering from the intake hole 11 of the cloth foundation 1 to pass through the vicinity of the bottom of the inside of the hole 12. Vent cylinder 1
The air flow is regulated so that it rises in five directions. An exhaust hole 18 is formed in the gable wall 9 below the roof 6.

Instead of forming an exhaust ridge 22 on a part of the top of the roof 6, an exhaust hole 18 is provided on the side of the exhaust ridge 22.
It is also possible to provide exhaust gas. Further, the fan 19 may be arranged inside the ventilation pipe 15 or in the attic space 16 instead of being provided in the auxiliary ventilation pipe 17.

Therefore, when the ventilation pipe 15 and the auxiliary ventilation pipe 17 are not used, the air in the attic space 16 is as follows.
The air is exhausted by a fan installed in the attic space 16.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention is a ventilation structure in which cold air in the underfloor space is forcibly exhausted from the attic space to the outside through the ventilation passage in the outer wall panel using a fan. In addition, the heat exchange rate inside the attic space increases, which increases the cooling effect and allows constant ventilation. Moreover, since there are vertical holes formed in the ground below the underfloor space, compared to a flat ground, the area of heat exchange between the air and the ground is correspondingly larger, resulting in better cooling. .
Furthermore, by allowing air to pass through the interior of the exterior wall panel, the interior of the wall can be cooled, making it possible to live more comfortably in the summer. In addition, the surfaces of the ground and vertical holes are covered with highly moisture-proof bedding, so moisture that evaporates from the ground does not enter the space under the floor, reducing the humidity of the flowing air and improving the quality of the house. Improves durability.
