つて回動される版胴センター軸と、この版胴セ
ンター軸の回動によつて版胴内周面に接離され
る版胴センター軸と平行なインキングローラを
設け、このインキングローラによつて版胴収納
インキを製版原紙に強制的に押出せるようにし
た謄写輪転機に適用される版胴脱着装置であつ
て、 内端部に版胴一端の中心ボス部を上方から受
入れる外周開口型の軸受部と、版胴一端の突出
ピンを受入係合させるピン係合部を有し、機体
の一側フレーム部に水平軸心周わりを回転する
ように軸支された円筒状の版胴支持軸と、 版胴他端の中心ボス部と突出ピンが軸心方向
の押込み移動によつて嵌入される凹状軸受部と
ピン係合部を有し、前記機体の他側フレーム部
に水平軸心周わりを回転するように軸支された
回転駆動される版胴回転盤と、 版胴一端の中心ボス部の内孔に嵌入した版胴
センター軸の一端軸部に挿脱可能に凹凸係合さ
れる内端軸部を有し、この内端軸部が版胴セン
ター軸の軸端に凹凸係合されるようにスプリン
グで付勢して版胴支持軸内に軸移動および回動
可能に嵌挿されたハンドル操作軸と、 このハンドル操作軸を引き取手の引張り操作
によつて内端軸部が版胴一端の中心ボス部内孔
から抜け外れる引出し限位置まで移動させた状
態で、このハンドル操作軸の内方への軸移動を
ロツクするロツク解除可能な軸移動掛止手段
と、 版胴内部のインキングローラの位置を版胴外
部から段階的に調整するために、前記ハンドル
操作軸を内端軸部が版胴センター軸に凹凸係合
している状態で段階的に回動掛止させる軸回動
掛止手段と、 版胴支持軸の内端軸受開口部が上向きとなる
ホームポジシヨンを位置検出し、この検出信号
によつて前記版胴の回転駆動系を軸受開口部が
印刷停止時にホームポジシヨンで止まるように
制御する位置検出手段とを具備してなる謄写輪
転機の版胴脱着装置。 (2) 軸移動掛止手段がハンドル操作軸の取手取付
筒の内端外周部に突設されたストツパ突起と、
取手取付筒をガイドする案内口を有し該案内口
の内側にストツパ突起の通過溝を凹設した基台
固定の軸承体とからなり、この軸承体案内口を
通過したストツパ突起を前記取手の回動操作で
突起通過溝の位置から変位させて、軸承体案内
口の開口端面に係止させるように構成されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項に記載の謄写輪転機の版胴脱着装置。 (3) 軸回動掛止手段が取手嵌合溝と掛止爪を有し
取手方向にスプリングで付勢された押込み移動
可能な回動操作体と、この回動操作体と対向離
間する位置に固定され掛止爪の回動領域となる
部分に複数の爪係合孔を所定の角度間隔をもつ
て切欠形成した掛止板とからなり、この掛止板
の爪係合孔に係合している掛止爪を回動操作体
の押込み操作によつて掛止板から外して、取手
嵌合の回動操作体を回動操作することにより、
段階的な回動調節ができるように構成されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項に記載の謄写輪転機の版胴脱着装置。 (4) ホームポジシヨンの位置検出手段が版胴支持
軸に固定された外周部に遮光シヤツタを有する
