記所定範囲外に変位することにより前記変位信号
の大きさが前記バイアス信号の大きさを超える対
の電磁石に対して、その差分を修正信号として前
記回転軸が離間する側の電磁石の吸引力に加算す
ると共に他方の電磁石の吸引力がゼロとなるよう
に制御する修正回路を設けたことを特徴とする磁
