Claims (1)
挟んで対向するように対にして配置された一組以
上の電磁石と、前記回転軸の所定位置からの変位
量を検出する検出器と、この検出器からの検出信
号を位相補償した変位信号に変換する位相補償回
路と、前記電磁石に所定量の吸引力を与えるため
のバイアス回路と、前記電磁石の各対において前
記回転軸が所定範囲内で変位することにより離間
する側の電磁石に前記バイアス信号と変位信号と
の和となる制御信号を与えて吸引力を増加させ他
方の電磁石に前記バイアス信号と変位信号との差
となる制御信号を与えて吸引力を減少させる制御
回路とを具備したものにおいて、前記回転軸が前
記所定範囲外に変位することにより前記変位信号
の大きさが前記バイアス信号の大きさを超える対
の電磁石に対して、その差分を修正信号として前
記回転軸が離間する側の電磁石の吸引力に加算す
ると共に他方の電磁石の吸引力がゼロとなるよう
に制御する修正回路を設けたことを特徴とする磁
