Claims (1)
内の湿度及び温度を検出し、被制御室内の湿度及
び温度が設定値となるように制御する制御系を備
えてなる恒温恒湿機において、検出原理の異なる
複数の湿度センサと、各湿度センサに対して湿度
及び/又は温度の下なる検出範囲を設定し、湿度
及び/又は温度の検出結果により各湿度センサを
選択し又は同時に用いる制御部を設けたことを特
徴とする恒温恒湿機。 (2) 低湿領域及び/又は低温領域を除く検出範
囲で用いる乾湿球式湿度センサと、高湿領域及び
/又は高温領域を除く検出範囲で用いる電気抵抗
式湿度センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1
記載の恒温恒湿機。 (3) 低湿領域及び/又は低温領域を除く検出範
囲で用いる乾湿球式湿度センサと、高湿領域及び
/又は高温領域を除く検出範囲で用いる静電容量
式湿度センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1
記載の恒温恒湿機。 (4) 制御部には各湿度センサの検出範囲が重複
する範囲で、各湿度センサの検出結果を平均する
平均値演算機能部を備えることを特徴とする請求
