設け、前記ホツパーの底部にはダンパー７と、底
部周囲には金網８を設け、ホツパー内には動力で
駆動する撹拌装置１１を設け、前記筐体２は必要
時に支持体１より回動し取り出して使用し、不必
要時には支持体方向に移動して収納するものより
構成される。
