値から筒状ノズル内のガス圧を演算し、この演算
されたガス圧が筒状ノズル内に得られるように前
記圧力調整弁を制御する演算処理装置とを設け、
筒状ノズル内に溶鋼が入らないように保持して筒
状ノズル先端付近に溶融金属表面を形成すること
