Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 製品部と該製品部に溶湯を送るランナー部を有
するキヤビテイーと、該キヤビテイーの一端に配
設された減圧バルブと、該減圧バルブに一端が配
設された排気管と、該排気管の他端に配設された
真空装置と、該真空装置を制御するダイカストマ
シン制御盤と、前記キヤビテイーのランナー部に
配設される溶湯検知センサーと、該溶湯検知セン
サーより送られる信号から前記減圧バルブと前記
ダイカストマシン制御盤を制御する減圧制御装置
とよりなるダイカスト鋳造装置において、 前記溶湯検知センサーは、ランナー部に少なく
とも２つ配設され、前記減圧制御装置内に演算装
置が配設され、前記一方の溶湯検知センサーから
の信号により、前記キヤビテイー内の減圧が開始
され、減圧持続時間は前記他方の溶湯検知センサ
ーのそれぞれが溶湯を検知する時間の差から、前
記演算装置に予め入力されている計算式に従つて
算出され、前記減圧持続時間は、鋳造毎に補正さ
れることを特徴とするダイカスト鋳造装置。
