線材からなる風防部材を有しており、該バーナー
ノズルに近接して点火部内に電気火花発生装置を
配置し、該電気火花発生装置と前記バーナーノズ
ルとを電気的に接続し、前記点火部の外周に長手
方向にスライド自在な操作筒体を挿着し、該操作
筒体と前記ガス放出弁の開閉機構並びに電気火花
発生装置の作動部とを作動自在に連結すると共
に、ガス放出弁の開閉機構は、ガス放出弁の可動
弁体を開閉する弁開閉部材と、可動弁体の可動方
向と直交する方向に作動して弁開閉部材を開弁位
置に保持するストツパー部材と、外部から操作自
在なストツパー解除ボタンとを含み、ストツパー
部材は常時弁開閉部材を開弁方向に作動するよう
に付勢されており、ストツパー解除ボタンにより
該付勢力に抗して非ストツパー位置に移動させら
れるようになつていることを特徴とする点火具。
