Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両端において軸心回りに回転可能に支持さ
    れたローラ支持部材と、外周面に周方向の突条を
    有し、該ローラ支持部材に着脱可能に外挿されて
    配された複数のリターンローラとを含み、被搬送
    物の載置されないコンベヤベルト部分を該リター
    ンローラの外周面の突条にて支持するようにした
    ベルトコンベヤのリターンローラ装置において、 前記ローラ支持部材の軸方向両端の近傍に、相
    互に一定の距離を隔てて対向する一対のリターン
    ローラをそれぞれ設けると共に、それら対を為す
    リターンローラ間にそれぞれ跨るように、前記突
    条と略同一外径の中空のガイドローラを同心的に
    設け、それら一対のリターンローラとガイドロー
    ラにて前記コンベヤベルトの幅方向の端部をそれ
    ぞれ支持せしめるようにしたことを特徴とするリ
    ターンローラ装置。 (2) 前記ローラ支持部材が中空の筒状部材であ
    つて、該ローラ支持部材を回転可能に支持する一
    対のベアリングのベアリングケースに、その両端
    部においてそれぞれ外挿されて配される一方、該
    ベアリングケースの少なくとも一方に金属スリー
    ブが組み付けられて、該ローラ支持部材の少なく
    とも一方の端部がその径方向内方へのカシメ加工
    にてかかる金属スリーブに一体的に固設されて該
    ベアリングケースに取り付けられてなることを特
    徴とする請求項(1)記載のリターンローラ装置。
