  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２枚の円板状圧電素子を貼り合せた圧電アクチ
    ユエータと、光路長制御用可動ミラーを保持する
    ミラー保持体とを連結して、上記圧電アクチユエ
    ータを駆動して上記可動ミラーを変位するように
    した光路長制御用圧電アクチユエータ構造体にお
    いて、 上記圧電アクチユエータの上記ミラー保持体側
    の電極はリング状とされ、 そのリング状電極と上記ミラー保持体との間に
    低熱膨張合金のリングが接着剤を介することなく
    介在され、 上記圧電アクチユエータの中心部がねじで上記
    ミラー保持体の中心部に締付けられて上記圧電ア
    クチユエータ、上記リング及び上記ミラー保持体
    が一体化されている、 ことを特徴とする光路長制御用圧電アクチユエー
    タ構造体。
