There is a risk of causing Therefore, prevention is important in ensuring stable electricity supply and demand. Therefore, a method has been proposed and implemented in which rings 2 are attached concentrically to electric wires 1 at appropriate intervals, as shown in FIG. 1, for example. In short, this method divides the snow accumulation 1a in the length direction on the electric wire 1 with the ring 2 and eliminates the mutual support effect of the snow accumulation 1a, so that the snow accumulation is caused by the twists of the outermost layer of wires of the electric wire 1. By promoting sliding along 1b and making it easier to fall off, the mutual support action prevents snow from forming into a pipe that is difficult to fall off.

However, in areas where the moisture content is low and snowfall is heavy in light winds, such as snowfall in Japan's Sea of Japan region, snow sliding along the strands of the strands is less likely to occur. In addition, this type of snow accretion tends to grow significantly due to the creep of the snow itself, so there is a risk that the ring itself will be wrapped in snow and will not be able to exert its snow accretion resistant effect.

In this way,
This ring is characterized by a greater anti-snow effect than conventional fixed rings.
Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples.

3上に一体化できるように作られる。(Structure of the Embodiment) FIGS. 2 and 3 are an exploded perspective view and an assembled perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention, respectively. fixing ring 3 and fixing ring 3 as shown in Figure 3.
It consists of a rotary ring 4 made of synthetic resin, for example, shown in FIG. In the fixing ring 3 shown in FIG. 2a, 3a is a cut for opening and closing, 3b is a thin part (a hinge may be used) for opening and closing provided on the inner circumference of the part opposite to the cut 3a, and 3
c is a rotation guide groove of the rotating ring 4 provided almost all around the outer circumferential surface, 3d is a tightening tool for attaching electric wires (a known one can be used) provided on the outer circumferential surface,
It consists of a square ring part 3d 1 and its locking protrusion 3d 2 provided in the recess so as not to protrude into the installation surface of the guide groove 3c across the opening/closing cut 3a . Then, after opening the fixing ring 3 whose inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the electric wire at the opening/closing cut 3a and inserting it into the electric wire, pull the square ring part 3d 1 of the fastener 3d onto the locking protrusion 3d 2. It is made so that it can be fixed on the electric wire 1 by hanging it. In the rotating ring 4 shown in Fig. 2b, 4a indicates a flat part formed on the outer peripheral surface for generating rotational power, and an odd number of flat parts (three in the figure) are provided at equal intervals so that they do not face each other. . 4b is a cut for opening and closing, 4c is the above-mentioned 4b
A thin part (a hinge may be used) for opening and closing is provided on the inner periphery of the opposing part, and 4d is a fixing ring 3 provided on the inner periphery.
The width and height of the guide groove 3c of the fixed ring 3 are made slightly smaller than the guide groove 3c of the fixed ring 3. Reference numeral 4e denotes a fitting for attaching to the fixing ring 3 (a publicly known one may be used), and a corner ring portion 4e 1 is provided in the recess so as not to protrude from the outer peripheral surface across the opening/closing cut 4b. It consists of a locking protrusion 4e2 . and the outer diameter of the fixing ring 3 (guide groove 3
The rotary ring 4, whose inner diameter (the installation surface of the guide protrusion 4d) is made slightly larger than the installation surface of the guide protrusion 4d, is opened at its opening/closing cut 4d, and the guide protrusion 4d is inserted into the guide groove 3c of the fixed ring 3. After fitting and closing the opening/closing cut 4b, close the coupling tool 4.
By hooking the corner ring portion 4e 1 of e on the locking protrusion 4e 2 , it is made so that it can be rotatably integrated onto the fixing ring 3 as shown in FIG.

すことになる。(Operation of the embodiment) If the rotating ring 4 configured as described above is attached to the electric wire 1 at appropriate intervals using the fixing ring 3 as shown in FIG. 3, the outer circumferential surface of the rotating ring 4 will be flat. It consists of a section 4a and an arc section 4a1 , and unlike the case of a circular arc, it has irregularities rather than being uniform, so it rotates with the wind. Furthermore, the amount of snow accumulated on the flat portion 4a is larger than that on the arcuate portion 4a1, and at the same time, the amount of snow accumulated 1a differs in each part of the outer circumferential surface of the rotating ring 4 as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b. This causes weight imbalance in each part. In addition, the center of the flat portion 4a is almost never located on a vertical line, and is shifted in either direction. Therefore, the rotating ring 4 is rotated by the wind, and is also rotated on the fixed ring 3 every time snow accumulation exceeds a certain amount. Therefore, the snow 1a on the electric wire 1 is divided by the fixed ring 3 at each installation interval, exhibiting the same falling effect as a conventional ring, and at the same time, it is torsioned by the rotation of the rotating ring 4 and is forcibly divided. Moreover, due to the rotation, a unidirectional rotational force is applied to the snow. As a result, compared to the case with only a conventional fixing ring, the fragmented snow becomes more slippery along the strands 1b of the strands, even if it is weakly weathered and has a low moisture content, and the snow falls away from the wire. It often falls off. Furthermore, even if snow buildup develops due to snow creep, it exhibits a better shedding effect than conventional ones.

It can also be implemented by providing a 3 . Moreover, the number can be selected as necessary. Furthermore, although the rotating ring 4 is provided on the fixed ring 3 in the above example, the purpose can be achieved in principle by using only the rotating ring 4 if the installation position on the electric wire can be prevented from moving.

When observed, it was confirmed that there was a clear difference. In addition, when the rotating ring was deliberately fixed on the fixed ring and compared with the conventional one, almost no difference was observed.
