ップが左右に逃げることなく、容易に切断できるスコッ
プを得ようとする。 【構成】 スコップ先端のとがり３を複数にし、とがり
の間に入った根等４がスコップ１の左右への逃げを防止
し、まっすぐに圧入出来、根等を切断する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、スコップ、特に根切り用に適したスコップに関する。

【従来の技術】
現在、一般に用いられているスコップは、先端がとがっており、地中に圧入す るのに適した形となっている。しかし、このような形状のスコップを、植え替え 、開墾等のために植物の堀上げ等に用いようとすると、うまく植物の根を切るこ とが出来ないという問題があった。
【０００３】 その理由は、図２に示すように、スコップ１のとがった部分が根等の固いもの ４に当たると、それを切断するよりもスコップが横に圧入される方が抵抗が少な いため、根を切ろうとしても、点線で示すように、スコップが左右に逃げてしま い、植物を掘り出すことが難しくなってしまう。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
この考案は、スコップが左右に逃げることなく、通常の圧入動作で容易に植物 の根等を切断できるスコップを得ようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、この考案のスコップは、スコップ先端に複数のと がり部を設けたことを特徴とする。

【実施例】
図１に示す実施例は、従来最もよく使われている形状のスコップ１の先端に小 さい切り込み２を設け、とがり部３を２個設けた例である。このような先端形状 を持ったスコップは、地中に圧入される途中で、根等の固いものに当たっても、 図３に示すように、切り込み２に入り込んだ根等４がスコップの左右への逃げを 防ぐ作用をするので、逃げることはなくまっすぐに圧入され、容易に根等を切断 することが出来る。
【０００７】 この考案のスコップは、先端が圧入しやすく、固いものに当たっても左右に逃 げなければよいので、先端形状は上記の実施例に限られるものではなく、図４に 示すように、とがり部を３個にしてもよい。また、先端がとがった形状のスコッ プだけでなく、先端が平らなスコップでも、中央に凹みを設けることによって同 様の効果を得ることが出来る等、各種の設計変更が可能である。 さらに、大型のスコップだけでなく、手持ち用の小型のスコップにも応用可能 なことは言うまでもない。

【考案の効果】
上記のように、この考案のスコップは、従来のスコップ形状をわずかに変形す るだけで、通常のスコップとしての使用には何の差し支えもなく、しかも、植物 の堀上げ等に当たっては、通常の使用のように地中に圧入するだけで、スコップ が左右に逃げることなく、容易に根等を切断できるので、作業能率が倍以上に高 まるという顕著な効果を奏するものである。
