と、リードチヤツクに喰着された芯および該芯が
挿通している先端パイプが共に回転し、使用者が
気になつたり、また、筆記時にガタが生じるなど
して使い勝手が悪くなるなどの課題があつた。
この考案は上記のような課題を解消するために
なされたもので、先端に芯送出機構が装着された
芯パイプと先具とを1つのブロツクにユニツト化
できて組立能率の向上が図れると共に、芯パイプ
の回り止め効果およびガタ付き防止効果が得られ
るシヤープペンシルを提供することを目的とす
る。

ワツシヤ係止部に係止固定して、前記芯送出機構
を有する前記芯パイプと前記先具とを1つのブロ
ツクにユニツト化し、該ブロツクを先具側から前
記外筒内に挿入して該外筒に前記先具を着脱可能
に連結固定したものである。

且つ、芯送出機構側のワツシヤが先具側のワツシ
ヤ係止部に係止固定されていることにより、芯パ
イプが濫りに回転するようなことがなく、また、
ガタ付きも確実に防止され、シヤープペンシルの
使い勝手が良くなつて性能向上が図れる。

る。
第1図において、外筒1内には先具2と芯送出
機構3と芯パイプ4が挿入セツトされた状態とな
つている。
先具2の筒状壁部には、第1図および第2図示
のように、芯パイプ4の回り止め係合部として軸
方向に延在形成された長溝5と、該長溝5の先端
側に連続形成されたワツシヤ係止部7とが設けら
れている。
ワツシヤ係止部7は、前記長溝5の先端側で該
長溝5を幅狭くする方向に突出形成されたテーパ
突起部からなる図示例構成となつている。
また、前記先具2の先端部には、芯8を保護す
る先端パイプ9と、芯8に所定の摩擦力を付与す
るゴムパツキン10とが設けられている。
一方、前記芯パイプ4の先端側外周には、前記
長溝5に対し軸方向に摺動自在で且つ軸回り方向
には係合する回り止め係合部としての回り止め突
起4aが一体形成されている。
また、前記芯パイプ4の先端部には、芯送出機
構3が装着されている。
この芯送出機構3は、芯パイプ4の先端に嵌合
連結された芯喰着用のリードチヤツク11と、こ
のリードチヤツク11の頭部に遊嵌されて該リー
ドチヤツクを締めつけるチヤツク締付リング12
と、このチヤツク締付リング12の後端に当接し
スリーブの機能をも果たすワツシヤ6と、このワ
ツシヤ6と芯パイプ4先端との間に弾着されたチ
ヤツク締付用の弾性体13とを備えた構成となつ
ている。前記ワツシヤ6は、前記ワツシヤ係止部
7に係合させるためのワツシヤ突起部6aを一体
に有している。
ここで、芯パイプ4先端とワツシヤ6との距離
L1と、弾性体13がノツク時に縮めされ、弾性
体13を密着した長さ(弾性体密着代X)と、ノ
ツク時にリードチヤツク11の先端が前方へ移動
する長さL2(ノツク代)との間には、L2>L1−X
の関係がある。
これによつて、芯送出機構3を先具2に挿入
し、芯パイプ4をノツクすれば、芯パイプ4先端
によつて、弾性体13が密着するまで押され、さ
らに押し込むと、ワツシヤ突起部6aがテーパ状
のワツシヤ係止部7を押し広げる形で前進し、該
ワツシヤ係止部7を前方へ通過して時点で前記ワ
ツシヤ突起部6aは前記ワツシヤ係止部7に確実
に係止固定される。
この際、前記ワツシヤ係止部7のテーパ部の後
方側は、先端方向に向けて順次狭くなる形で緩や
かに傾斜しているので、ワツシヤ突起部6aがス
ムーズに前記ワツシヤ係止部7を押し広げながら
前進でき、他方、ワツシヤ係止部7の前方側は、
後方に向けて順次狭くなる形で鋭く傾斜している
ので、テーパ状ワツシヤ係止部7の適当な所でワ
ツシヤ突起部6aは係止固定され、これによつて
ガタ付きが未然に防止される。
尚、ワツシヤ係止部7の押し広げ動作をより確
実に行うためには、第2図示の想像線で示すよう
に、先具2にスリツト14を形成してもよい。
次にシヤープペンシルの組立について説明す
る。
まず、芯パイプ4の先端に装着された芯送出機
構3を先具2内に該先具2後端側から挿入した
後、芯パイプ4をノツクすれば、芯パイプ4は弾
性体13の付勢力に抗して前進していき、これと
同時に弾性体13は密着するまで押され、ついに
は密着する。
そして、この密着した弾性体13の弾発力によ
つてワツシヤ6が当接押圧移動させられ、該ワツ
シヤ6がテーパ状のワツシヤ係止部7を押し広げ
通過することにより、治具等を全く必要とせずに
ワツシヤ突起部6aをテーパ状のワツシヤ係止部
7に係止固定することができる。
以上によつて、芯送出機構3を備えた芯パイプ
4と先具2とが第2図示のように1つのブロツク
としてユニツト化される。
従つて、このようにユニツト化された芯パイプ
4と先具2の1つのブロツクを、第1図示のよう
に、外筒1内に後端側が差し込み挿入し、前記先
具2の先端側を前記外筒1の先端側内壁部にネジ
込み等の固着手段2aで着脱可能に連結固定すれ
ばシヤープペンシルの組立が終了する。
第4図および第5図は先具2と芯パイプ4の回
り止め手段の他の実施例を示すもので、この実施
例では、先具2の後端側内周壁面と芯パイプ4の
先端側外周面部とを多角形状(この実施例では6
角形状)とし、それらの多角形状部分を軸方向移
動自在に嵌込み係合させた回り止め係合部として
おり、この場合においても前実施例と同様の回り
止め効果を奏する。

芯パイプと前記先具とがユニツト化された1つの
ブロツクを外筒内に挿入して該外筒に前記先具を
着脱可能に連結固定するだけでシヤープペンシル
を容易に手際よく組立てることができ、該組立作
業能率の向上が図れるという効果がある。
また、その組立状態では、上述のように、先具
と芯パイプ相互の回り止め係合部が係合し、且
つ、芯送出機構側のワツシヤが先具側のワツシヤ
係止部に係止固定されていることにより、芯パイ
プが濫りに回転するようになことがなく、かつ、
ガタ付きも確実に防止され、シヤープペンシルの
使い勝手が良くなつて性能向上が図れるという効
果がある。
