Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平坦な研摩面３を備え、前記研摩面３と直交す
る軸線４を中心に回転動作する定盤１と、環状を
呈し、その軸線６を前記定盤１の軸線４と平行に
設定され、その一端面７を前記研摩面３に摺動自
在に接触させ、自らの軸線６を中心に回転動作す
る修正リング５とを有する研摩装置に装着される
ワーク寸法出し治具において、 前記修正リング５の内径側に配置され、前記修
正リング５に対して該リング５の軸線６方向に移
動自在になり、ワークＷを前記研摩面３に押し付
ける押付け部材９と、 前記押付け部材９の前記研摩面３側に配置され
、予め寸法出しされ、前記研摩面３に接触する部
分１４を前記ワークＷよりも研摩摩耗量が小さい
素材によつて成形された寸法出し部材１２と、 よりなる研摩用ワーク寸法出し治具。
