FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of the lower part of the air conditioner 1. As shown in FIG. 23 is a compressor that performs a cooling function by sending the refrigerant liquefied by dissipating heat in the condenser 4 to the evaporator 13; 24 is a motor for driving the rotating plate 25; the rotating shaft 26 of this motor is connected to the bottom plate 27;
The rotating plate 25 is supported by the rising edge 3 of the condenser 4 and passes below the condenser 4 to support a rotary plate 25 on the outside of the condenser 4. A rising piece 28 is formed on the bottom plate 27 so as to surround the lower part of the outdoor cross flow fan 5, and this rising piece 28 is connected to the above-mentioned rising piece 3 running diagonally, and the rear edge 2 is formed on the bottom plate 27.
8 (see FIG. 3) and a drain pan 29 surrounded by the rising pieces 3 and 28 is formed. A condenser 4 and a rotary plate 25 are disposed in the drain pan 29, and the drain water dripped from the evaporator 13 is guided through the drain receiver 14, the drain guide 15, and the fins 18 of the condenser 4. . Before most of the drain water from the evaporator 13 flows into the drain pan,
Although the drain water is heated and evaporated by the heat of the condenser 4, the drain water that is not completely evaporated is received by the drain pan 29 of the bottom plate 27. In this way, drain pan 2
When drain water accumulates in the drain 9, it is scraped up by the rotation of the rotary plate 25 and sprayed onto the condenser 4.

When assembling such an integrated air conditioner, first the compressor 23, the partition plate 2, the condenser 4, and the cross flow fan 5 on the outdoor side are placed on the bottom plate. Next, a horizontal partition plate is fixed to the partition plate, and the evaporator 13 and the indoor cross flow fan 19 are placed on this partition plate 10. After fixing each part in this way, the suction side pipe 39 of the compressor 23 and the refrigerant pipe 33 extending from the evaporator 13 are installed on the side of the notch 30.
are pulled out and welded together, and then a heat insulating material 35 is wrapped around the connected refrigerant pipe, and the refrigerant pipe is housed in the notch 30 through the opening 31 of the notch 30. At this time, the two refrigerant pipes 33 and 34 covered with the heat insulating material 35 are tightly housed within the cutout 30, making it difficult for the pipes 33 and 34 to come out through the opening 31 of the cutout 30. Then, the front panel 36 is attached to the exterior body 6, and the inner surface 37 of this panel 36 closes the opening of the notch.
