Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 炭化水素改質器に、炭化水素系原料ガスと
    スチームの混合ガスを供給して燃料電池用改質ガ
    スを製造するための装置において、エジエクタに
    、流量調整機構を備えた炭化水素系原料ガス供給
    ラインを接続すると共に、該エジエクタをある定
    められ流量のスチームにより駆動させて、該エジ
    エクタでスチームと原料ガスを混合し改質器へ送
    給する構成としたものであることを特徴とする燃
    料電池用改質ガスの製造装置。 (2) 炭化水素系原料ガス供給ラインに設けられ
    る流量調整機構が、複数の開閉弁を並列に設けた
    ものである請求項(1)記載の製造装置。
