を含有させた皮革様シート状物の断面模式図で、
第１図イは不織布の片面が緻密に交絡した繊維層
の製品、第１図ロは不織布の両面が緻密に交絡し
た繊維層の製品、第２図１〜３は不織布を構成す
る多成分繊維の一例の断面模式図、第３図イ〜ハ
は多成分繊維が分割、割裂した微細繊維の状態を
説明する模式図、第４図は本考案の表面皮膜層を
有する皮革様シート状物の断面模式図、第５図は
本考案の熱融着バインダー繊維で固定した不織布
に表面皮膜層を付与した皮革様シート状物の断面
模式図である。 １……皮革様シート状物、２……緻密に交絡し
た繊維層、３……粗な交絡の繊維層、４……不織
布に含有した重合体、５，６……多成分繊維の１

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも２種類の非相溶性熱可塑性重合
体からなり、少なくとも１種類の重合体は微細繊
維成分であり、各微細繊維成分の少なくとも一部
は断面形状を異にした多成分繊維を主体としてな
る不織布であつて、該不織布の少なくとも一面側
は該多成分繊維の少なくとも一部が割裂して形成
した微細繊維あるいは該微細繊維と未分割繊維と
が緻密に交絡して形成された繊維層であり、該不
織布の内層部は未分割繊維の交絡層である不織布
と弾性重合体を主体とした重合体とからなる皮革
様シート状物。 (2) 請求項１記載の不織布と弾性重合体を主体
とした重合体とからなる基材の表面に重合体皮膜
が付与されてなる皮革様シート状物。
