Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液晶表示装置の表示部ケースなど、表示窓
    用開口が設けられているケースに収容され、かつ
    前面に位置する偏光板が前記開口に向けられてい
    る液晶表示素子を外部の湿気などから保護する構
    造であつて、 前記偏光板の前記開口に対向する面に接着され
    、該偏光板を覆う透明な第１の保護板と、前記ケ
    ースに取り付けられ、前記第１の保護板とほぼ平
    行にかつ間隔をおいて配置され、前記ケースの開
    口を覆う光透過性材製の第２の保護板とを備え、 前記偏光板と前記第１の保護板との間に該第１
    の保護板の屈折率に等しい屈折率を有する透明な
    接着剤層が形成され、前記第１の保護板の前記開
    口に対向する面に第１の反射防止膜が形成され、
    前記第２の保護板の両面に第２の反射防止膜がそ
    れぞれ形成されている液晶表示素子の保護構造。 (2) 前記第１の保護板はプラスチツク材製の薄
    板からなる請求項１に記載の液晶表示素子の保護
    構造。
