１２はコントローラー、１３はＡＶ機器である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の表面に凹所を設けると共に、該凹所に磁
    性を有する軟性膜を張接し、基板の裏面もしくは
    裏面近傍に導電板を設けてなる音響パネル。
