Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily improve soundproof property by supporting a floor plate on a floor base such as concrete slab via a support leg and installing a damping seat plate on a leg receiving member at the lower part of support leg to support the support leg on an elastic member attached to the floor base. CONSTITUTION:A floor plate 2 is supported by a support member 4 via a support leg 3 on a floor base 1 such as concrete slab. A leg receiving member 5 is installed at the lower part of support leg 3 and supported by an elastic member 6 attached to the floor base 1 by inserting a damping seat member 7. The support leg 3 is made of a bolt to adjust the height of floor plate 2 by screwing the upper end into the support member 4 and the lower end into the leg receiving member 5. A weight 9 is mounted to the support leg 3 via a damping seat plate 11. This constitution easily improves the soundproof property against heavy floor impact sound on the bare floor of floor base 1, and enables economical construction work.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention is applied to a double floor in which floor plates are supported at a predetermined height on a floor base such as a concrete slab of an apartment complex, general residence, or other 1lIli+ concrete slab. (Conventional Technique #@) Conventionally, as a double floor, multiple support bolts are attached to the floorboard, and an elastic body (
It is generally known that a rubber pedestal (rubber pedestal) is attached, which is laid out on a floor base, and a floor finishing material is placed on the floor board. However, with such a double floor, the impact force during heavy floor impact vibration is large, so the rebound of the elastic body (
Since the vibration of the floorboard is large and difficult to attenuate, its sound insulation performance is compared to the sound insulation performance of the floor base in the frozen field (state II where there is no finish on the floor base).
LH-55) was always inferior. For this reason, there has been a demand for improved sound insulation performance against heavy floor impact noise.

In addition, in order to improve this sound insulation performance, for example, JP-A-1! (
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 59-173456, the above-mentioned floorboard or the flooring material to be placed on the floorboard is formed by forming a plurality of cavities between two boards (by providing a space material, and filling the cavities with polyurethane foam). A double floor using a sound insulating flooring material equipped with a panel-shaped dynamic vibration absorbing material with a weight board of thick steel plate attached to one side of the spring material of the cape, and as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-47546. , Support?# A method has been proposed in which the physical properties of the rubber of the rubber elastic body at the bottom of the leg are specified.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention 11) However, in the case of the double floor described in Patent Publication If! Since it is formed by attaching a flannel-shaped dynamic vibration absorbing material inside the nine cavities, the process is difficult and time consuming, and the thickness of the floor becomes even larger, which tends to impair the vibration damping effect. In addition, in the case of the double bed described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-47546, although the physical properties of the rubber of the rubber elastic body have been improved, it is difficult to avoid problems with large impact forces such as weight impact sources. The drawback is that the rubber elastic body turns into a solid solid that is a good conductor of vibration before the impact, so it cannot be expected to be particularly effective in reducing low-frequency sounds.

In view of the current situation, the present invention aims to provide a double-layer floor in which the rebound of the elastic body of the diaphragm is prevented by a simple method, the vibration of the floorboard is suppressed, and the sound insulation performance is improved.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the double floor of the present invention, a floor plate is supported at a predetermined height via support legs on a floor base made of concrete slag. Once compressed and deformed, an elastic body rebounds to return to its original shape due to its elasticity. This rebound effect is suppressed by the weight of the weight, and the weight of the weight is applied to the elastic body, thereby shifting the natural frequency of the double bed to a lower frequency range. Shock vibrations are suppressed in the region above this natural frequency, so select an appropriate weight of the weight depending on the load on the floor and the elastic body. The wave number slope can improve the sound insulation performance of coulometric floor impact sound. In addition, depending on the shape and dimensions of the double floor,
By changing the mounting position of the support leg and weight, and the method of fixing the weight, it is possible to select the configuration that will most improve the sound insulation performance.
