(Prior technology) Until now, 100% cotton yarn has been mainly used as a material for towels due to its excellent water absorbency and softness against the skin, but it lacks decaling ability and has poor dehydration properties. There are problems such as poor drying time, slow drying, and rough texture as it is used.

In addition, a special fabric has been proposed that uses 100% nylon filament, crimped yarn for the weft, and ultra-fine filament for the warp, which has excellent foaming and foam breakage properties.
Although quick-drying and water-draining properties are improved, there are problems with water absorption/moisture-wiping properties and softness against the skin, and the hardness of the fabric may damage the skin or cause skin darkening, which is an essential defect. It is becoming.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A bath towel that can achieve the object of the present invention is one in which the outer layer of the main yarn forming the pile fabric or warp knit pile is mainly made of cotton, recycled fiber or semi-synthetic fiber. The inner layer is mainly composed of synthetic fibers, and the pile diameter of the main yarn is 0.5
5 mm, and the pile height is 1 to 10 mm.

以下に添付図面に従つて本考案を説明する。 The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In this way, the unevenness caused by the pile improves the ability to remove dirt, foaming properties, and refreshing feeling during use. In addition, from the viewpoint of dimensional stability in the warp direction of the fabric and shape stability of the pile, the structure must be a pile fabric or a warp knit pile.

In the main yarn 1, the outer layer constituent fibers 4 are mainly made of cotton; recycled fibers such as rayon; and semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate. By using such fibers, softness against the skin, water absorption, etc. The inner layer constituent fibers 3 of the main yarn 1 are mainly polyacrylonitrile-based, polyvinyl chloride-based, and can satisfy the basic performance required for bath towels.
It must be made of synthetic fibers such as polyvinylidene chloride, polyamide, polyester, and polyvinyl alcohol. Among them, polyacrylonitrile fibers (acrylic fibers) improve quick drying properties and have a moderate hydrophilic,
Benefits such as re-fouling resistance are also provided. Note that acrylic fibers include modacrylic fibers, and even when acrylic fibers are used, other fibers such as polyamide-based, polyester-based, polyvinyl alcohol-based, etc. There is no problem in mixing synthetic fibers, the above-mentioned recycled fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, etc.

The method for forming the multilayer structure of the main yarn 1 is not limited as long as the constituent yarns of the present invention can be obtained, and may be a so-called cover (core) yarn or a normal blended yarn. As shown in FIG. 2, by using high shrinkage fibers as the inner layer structural fibers 3 of the main yarn 1, it is possible to easily create a yarn in which the fibers 3 are arranged in the inner layer of the main yarn after heat shrinkage. can be done.

The sub yarn 2 may be the same as the main yarn 1, but from the viewpoint of economy and processability such as knitting and weaving, the single fiber fineness is 10 deniers or less, preferably 1 to 7 deniers. Using synthetic fibers such as polyacrylonitrile, polyamide, polyester, and polypropylene, the total fiber fineness is approximately 30 to 1000.
Denier filament or spun yarns are preferred.
