(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はカーテンフローコーターに関し、特
に、薄鋼板や薄い合板等の腰のない被塗装板に対
して、塗装むらのない均一な塗膜を形成する事が

(従来の技術)
カーテンフローコーターは、板状の被塗装物に
対して、能率よく、均一な塗装を行う目的で、広

しかし、従来のカーテンフローコーターは被塗

がカーテンフローコーターの渡り金具に当たつ
て、塗装むらを生じ易いという欠点があつた。予

おけば先端部の塗装むらは防止出来るが、板の後
端が段差のある部分を落下することになるため、
板の後端部付近に塗装むらが生じるという問題が

連結し、エアーシリンダー6の働きにより上昇・
下降する様にする方法が最も簡単である。上昇量
は、通常1〜10mm程度が良く、別に設けたストツ
パー金具で上昇位置を規制出来る様にすると良
