- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面にそれぞれ位置の異なる多数の被洗浄孔
１１ａ，１１ｂが開口する複数種類のワークＷａ
，Ｗｂを洗浄するためのワーク洗浄装置であつて
、 内部に高圧の洗浄液が導入される液室４を有す
る洗浄箱３と、この洗浄箱３の一側面に装着され
、前記被洗浄孔１１ａ，１１ｂが開口するワーク
Ｗａ，Ｗｂの表面に密着可能なシール面１７を有
する密着プレート１６とを備えて成り、この密着
プレート１６に、一端が前記洗浄箱３の液室４に
連通し他端が前記複数種類のワークＷａ，Ｗｂの
何れかの被洗浄孔１１ａ，１１ｂに対向する多数
の洗浄液通路１８ａ，１８ｂを貫通形成したこと
を特徴とするワーク洗浄装置。 前記密着プレート１６が弾性材よりなること
を特徴とする、請求項記載のワーク洗浄装置。
