る微分回路2と、 前記微分回路2の出力信号から不要成分を取り
除いたパルス列を積分する積分回路4と、 前記微分回路の一部に設け、積分回路の出力電
圧で制御を行う電圧制御可変インピーダンス素子
5とから成る湿度センサにおいて、 上記湿度センサの電源回路に、電源と直列接続
