[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a back tension device for a pile driver that prevents the moment caused by the auger pull-out load from acting on the leader.

[Prior Art] When pulling out an auger in a pile driver, a large pulling load is required. Therefore, generally, the number of wire ropes to be wound around the auger is increased to obtain a large pulling load. For this reason, the vertical load on the auger side with respect to the leader increases, and a large bending moment is generated in the leader. Therefore, the leader bends back and forth, and the bending exceeds the practical range, resulting in the inability to work or damage to the leader due to insufficient strength.

A leader 3 is erected on a front bracket 2 projecting forward of the traveling body 1, and the vertical state of the leader 3 is maintained by a backstay 4. A leader top 5 is rotatably supported at the upper end of the leader 3, and a wire rope 7 fed out from a winch 6 is wound around a sheave 8 of the traveling body 1, sheaves 9 and 10 of the leader top 5, and an auger 11. It is attached to the leader top 5. In this conventional example, in order to balance the vertical forces in the front and rear directions with respect to the leader 3, a back tension rope 12 is stretched between the running body side of the leader top 5 and the front bracket 2.
The vertical forces in the front and rear of the leader 3 are balanced by the tension generated in the leader 3.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the conventional example described above, the more the number of ropes on the auger side is increased in an attempt to increase the pull-out load of the auger, the thicker the back tension rope becomes. There is also a limit to how thick the back tension rope can be made. Furthermore, leader top 5
The load is transmitted to the leader through the center of tilting of the leader top 5, and if the line of action of the concentrated load deviates from the center of rigidity of the leader 3, the leader 3
This has a problem in that it generates a bending moment and causes vibration of the leader 3.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and includes a take-up lever that is tiltable at a position rearward from the leader of the front bracket, and one end of the take-up rod. A back tension rope is stretched between the rear end of the leader top, which is formed to extend in the front-rear direction, and the rope fed out from the winch is passed through the sheave provided on the front bracket to the rear end side of the leader top from the leader center. Once it is hung around a sheave provided at the other end of the balance rod, it is hung again through a sheave provided at the rear end side of the leader center of the leader top, and then it is hung around a sheave provided at the front end of the leader top. It is hooked around the sheave and the sheave provided on the auger and attached to the leader top.

[Function] By appropriately selecting the lever ratio of the above-mentioned balance rod, it is possible to balance the moments about the center of the leader, and in order to achieve this balance, the leader top does not need to tilt, so it is fixed to the leader. This makes it possible to obtain stable working conditions.

A leader top 5 formed to protrude in the front-rear direction (particularly to protrude toward the rear) is fixed to the upper end of the leader 3 with bolts. Sheaves 13 and 14 are attached to the tip of the leader top 5 on the auger 11 side and in the middle on the traveling body 1 side. A sheave 16 is provided on a bracket 15 fixed to the front bracket 2 at a position opposite to the sheave 14, and a balance rod 18 is connected to the bracket 15 via a link 17.
and sheave 1 on the leader side of the balance rod 18.
9 will be provided. The tip of the leader top 5 on the side of the moving body and the tip of the lever 18 on the side of the moving body are connected by a back tension rope 12. The rope 7 let out from the winch 6 is passed through the sheave 16 to the sheave 14.
After being hooked once, it is hooked around the sheave 19 of the balance rod 18, and then it is hooked again to the sheave 14, and then N-thread is hooked around the sheave 13 and the sheave 20 of the auger 11, and it is attached to the leader top 5.
