た。 [Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a channel material connector for joining channel materials in an L-shape at their ends. [Prior Art] As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-32186, a conventional coupling structure for channel materials includes a coil spring connected to a holding cylinder or the like fixed to the end of one channel material with a set screw. A structure is known in which the body of the engagement pin is inserted, the head of the engagement pin is engaged from the long groove on the side of the other channel material to the hollow part, and then a screw is applied to the tapered part of the body and retracted. It is becoming. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, not only is it necessary to rotate the member to prevent it from coming off after it is inserted into the channel groove, but it is also necessary to assemble the end face of one channel member to the side surface of the other channel member. It was nothing more than a T-shaped bonded structure. By the way, when the ends of channel materials are joined together in an L-shape orthogonal to each other, the end face of at least one channel material is exposed, which impairs the appearance, and in the case of furniture frames, etc., the commercial value is impaired. Ta. In particular, since the edges of this type of channel material are usually exposed, it is dangerous to use one channel end surface, and the assembly location on the side of one channel material may be damaged by the other channel material. It was hot. Even when the end portions of the channel material are connected in an L-shape as described above, moving the channel material in the length direction is troublesome in terms of assembly work. There was a desire for something that could be easily operated from the side and that could be firmly connected. The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and provides a channel that can be easily joined by using the grooves and hollow parts of the channel material when joining the ends of the channel material into an L shape. Its purpose is to provide a material joiner. [Means for Solving the Problems] The L-shaped connector for the end of a channel material according to the present invention to achieve the above object includes one mounting face plate having a protrusion that engages with the side surface of one channel material. , the other mounting face plate having a protrusion that intersects perpendicularly to this one mounting face plate and connects to the side surface of the other channel material, and the closing face plate that intersects perpendicularly to this other mounting face plate and closes the end face of the other channel material. It is integrally formed in a stepped shape, and a closing face plate that closes the end face of one channel material is formed on the back side of the other mounting face plate, and a screw that is inserted into the insertion hole provided in the protrusion of each of the above mounting face plates is formed on the back side of the other mounting face plate. An elongated retaining member that is narrower than the groove and longer than the width of the hollow portion and inserted into the hollow portion from the groove is screwed to the tip, and the retaining member is inserted into the hollow portion from the groove. is formed with a tapered surface having a substantially trapezoidal cross-section, and at both ends thereof are formed flat engagement surfaces that abut against each other in the width direction of the hollow portion when the screw is tightened. [Operation] Bring the other mounting face plate close to the side surface of the other channel material, insert the elongated retaining member into the hollow portion from the groove on the side surface, and engage the protrusion in the groove. next,
The closing face plate is brought into contact with the end face of the other channel material. After that, when the screw is tightened, the retaining member rotates, but the flat engagement surface collides with the width direction of the hollow part in a surface contact state, thereby restricting further rotation and fixing it. be done. Similarly, position the end face of one channel material on the closed face plate on the back side of the other mounting face plate, bring the side face closer to one of the mounting face plates, insert the retaining member into the hollow part from the groove on the side face, and protrude into the groove. engage the articles. When the screws are tightened with the end surfaces in contact with the closing face plate, the flat engagement surfaces are brought into surface contact and fixed, thereby forming an L-shaped connection of the ends. [Embodiments of the invention] Examples of the invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. The coupling tool 1 is used to couple one channel material 4 having a groove 2 and a hollow part 3 wider than the groove width to the other channel material 5. A screw insertion hole 6 is formed in the other channel material 5, into which a screw 7 is inserted. A retaining member 8 is screwed onto the tip of the screw 7. The retaining member 8 is formed into an elongated shape that is narrower than the groove 2 and longer than the width of the hollow portion 3, and is inserted from the groove 2 into the hollow portion 3. Engagement surfaces 9, 9 are formed at both ends of the retaining member 8. The engaging surfaces 9, 9 are formed as flat surfaces as shown in the figure, and the hollow portion 3 can be tightened by tightening the screw 7.
They are brought into contact with each other in surface contact in the width direction. To be more specific, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the one channel material 4 includes a rectangular tube portion 10 with a square cross section located at the center, and each corner portion 11 of the rectangular tube portion 10.
A flat plate-shaped extension part 1 extending radially outward from
2, 12, and L-shaped portions 13, 13, . . . extending from each extending portion 12. In this case, the groove 2 can be configured, for example, as a gap between the end surfaces 14, 14 of the adjacent L-shaped portions 13. Further, the hollow portion 3 may be, for example, the rectangular tube portion 10,
The hollow part 3 has a trapezoidal cross section surrounded by an extending part 12 and an L-shaped part 13 in the longitudinal direction, and the hollow part 3 has a tapered inner surface 15, as shown in FIG.
It has 15. Further, the other channel material 5 is, for example, the first channel material 5.
As shown in Figures 3 to 3, similarly to the channel material 4, there is a square tube part 10, an extension part 12, an L-shaped part 13,
It can be configured to include a groove 2 and a hollow portion 3. The mounting plate 18 also includes a closing face plate 20 that closes the end face 19 of the other channel material 5 to prevent danger, and a closing face plate 20 that is provided perpendicularly to the closing face plate 20 and is attached to the side surface 17 of the other channel material 5. It can be constituted by the other mounting face plate 21 that abuts, and one mounting face plate 22 that is provided orthogonally to the other mounting face plate 21 and abuts against the side surface 17 of the one channel member 4. A closing face plate 2 that closes the end face of one channel material 4 is provided on the back side of the other mounting face plate 21.
9 is formed. Here, the mounting face plates 21 and 22 have protrusions 2 that engage with the grooves of the channel materials 4 and 5, respectively.
3, 24 will be provided. The protrusions 23 and 24 are formed at the center of the mounting face plates 21 and 22 , and one of the mounting face plates 22 is formed to be narrow. On the other hand, the other mounting face plate 21 has approximately the same size as the outer shape of the channel material, and protruding approximately R-shaped contact holding portions 25 are formed on the left and right sides thereof. The screw insertion hole 6 can be formed in one of the mounting face plates 22 , and the screw 7 can be inserted therethrough. Further, the retaining member 8 is formed to have a trapezoidal cross section and has a tapered surface 27 , and has a tapered surface 27.
It is designed to be able to slide in the longitudinal direction inside the hollow part 3 of. A screw hole 28 into which the screw 7 is screwed is formed in the center of the retaining member 8 . Further, the engaging surfaces 9, 9 are arranged so that the retaining member 8
It can be formed by cutting both ends into a tapered shape. The engaging surfaces 9, 9 are inclined in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 5B, and are also inclined in the rotating direction (direction of arrow A) as shown in FIG. As a result, the engaging surfaces 9, 9 can rotate in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 6 and come into contact with the tapered inner surfaces 15, 15 of the hollow portion 3, as shown in FIG. Also, the mounting plate 1 is attached to the other channel material 5.
In order to attach the screw 8, it is constructed of the retaining member 8, the screw 7, the screw insertion hole 6, and the hollow portion 3 in the same manner as described above. Next, the operation will be explained. As shown in FIG. 1, the closing face plate 20 and the other mounting face plate 21 are fixed to the end face 19 and side face 17 of the other channel member 5 in advance. In this state, the retaining member 8 is inserted into the hollow portion 3 from the groove 2 of one channel member 4. In this case, since the retaining member 8 is formed to have a narrow width, it can be inserted into the hollow portion 3 from the groove 2 by aligning its width direction with the width direction of the groove 2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, when the screw 7 is rotated, the retaining member 8 is rotated, and as shown in FIG. the inner surfaces 15, 15 of. In this case, since the engaging surfaces 9, 9 are flat, the engaging surfaces 9, 9 are the inner surfaces 15, 15 of the hollow portion 3.
As shown in the plan view, the above-mentioned retaining member 8 is firmly stopped by colliding in a state of surface contact.
Thereafter , when the screw 7 is further tightened, one of the mounting face plates 22 moves forward in the direction of arrow C in FIG. They are then joined together with the one channel material 4 sandwiched therebetween. In addition, when assembling the other channel material 5, the retaining member 8, the hollow part 3, the screw 7, and the screw insertion hole 6
If the system is configured by [Effects of the invention] (1) By simply inserting the retaining member into the side groove of each channel material and tightening the screws, the ends of the channel materials can be joined in an L-shape with the ends covered by the closing plates. I was able to do that. (2) In addition to interposing a closing plate at the L-shaped joint, a protrusion is engaged with the side groove, and a flat engagement surface is brought into surface contact with the oblique trapezoidal part of the hollow part in a non-rotating state, thereby preventing loosening. It was possible to realize an L-shaped engagement of the ends of the channel material that does not occur.
