Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for a short-circuit contact on a printer-circuit board and to simplify the pattern on the printed-circuit board by a method wherein an interface circuit provided with a short-circuit contact is connected across a thin-film resistance element and the printed-circuit board and a resistance value is adjusted by using the short-circuit contact of the interface circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a resistance value is adjusted, a terminal 41 of a printed-circuit board 4 is connected, via an interface circuit 10, to one external connecting terminal 1a of a trimming resistance 2 of a thin-film resistance element 1, one end of a short- circuit contact 10a is connected to an external connecting terminal 1b, and the other end of a short-circuit contact 10d is connected to a terminal 46 of the printed-circuit board 4. Both ends of short-circuit contacts 10a to 10d are connected respectively to terminals 42 to 46.
