``Conventional technology'' Conventionally, the flow system from reaping straw grass to muddying, drying, binding, and storage is as shown in Figure 5.
The steps were: transporting bare straw b, dyeing the bare straw with mud c, drying the bare straw d, bundling e, and storing f. Therefore, from harvesting a to loading onto trucks, mud dyeing work, etc.
Even the loading and unloading of the dryer and the bundling work were based on input. Particularly in the stages of mud dyeing (c) and drying (d), the work is extremely dirty as the straw soaked in muddy water is inserted into the dryer by hand.Furthermore, in the process of taking it out from the dryer and tying it up, the muddy water also dries, leaving very small particles of mud. Since the dust rises inside the dryer, it is normal to wear a dust mask during this process.
However, the work was still extremely unhealthy and exposed to risks such as pneumoconiosis. In addition, because straw grass is light, it has a large buoyancy when immersed in muddy water and floats to the top of the muddy water, making the muddying process labor-intensive, making it difficult to automate the muddying line. That is, it has the following drawbacks.

(1) 泥染終了後、乾燥機までの藺草搬送作業能率

(1) After mud dyeing, the efficiency of transporting straw grass to the dryer is extremely low, resulting in work covered in mud, which seriously stains workers' bodies and work clothes.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' The present invention improves the efficiency of carrying in and out of straw grass during the mud dyeing and drying stages of harvested straw grass, prevents mud from being covered with mud and scatters dust, and performs sanitary and efficient straw grass mud dyeing and drying work. The purpose of this method is to prevent the floating deformation of rush grass in the mud dyeing process, and to achieve rapid mud dyeing and quality improvement.

"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to achieve the above object, the present invention stores mown grass vertically in a box, and stores the grass in the same box with the sides of the stored grass pressed laterally. After placing the same box in an empty mud dyeing room, the muddy water level was raised from below and entered the room and the box to perform mud dyeing.
Furthermore, after draining the muddy water and drying the rice straw stored in the same box, the rice grass drying system is characterized in that the mud-dyed dried rice grass is collected from the same box.

``Function'' Therefore, the cut straw grass 1 stored vertically in the box 2 is immersed in the muddy water whose water level rises from the bottom to the top in the box 2, and is stored in the box 2 due to the muddying room. 10, the side surfaces of the rush grass 1 are pressed laterally and floating is suppressed. Then pour muddy water into the box 2.
Water is drained by descending from the box 2 or by exposing the box 2 from the muddy water to the air, and the inside of the box 2 is drained by blowing dry air or hot air into the box 2 using a blower. Mud dyed strawberry can be dried. The dried mud-dyed straw grass 1 is inputted and collected from the same box 2, bound 18 and stored 19.

``Example'' Rush grass 1 cut and tied into small bundles in a field 6 is stored vertically inside a vertical box 2 shown in FIG.
The straw grass 1 is pressed and fixed to the side of the box 2 by pressing it laterally with a presser plate 20 pulled by the box 2, and in this state, the lid 7 is closed and the box is loaded onto the loading platform of a truck 8. The floor surface of the box 2 is formed by a grid board, a perforated board, or a mesh board 9. The box 2 transported by the truck 8 is stored as it is in the mud dyeing room 10 of the mud dyeing device 4 by a forklift (Figs. 3 and 4).
figure). The mud dyeing chamber 10 is provided above one of the muddy chambers 12 and 13, which is partitioned into two chambers by a partition wall 11. The same receiver 14 and the other chamber 1 are connected by an air pipe 16 with a valve 15 interposed therebetween.
Connect to the top of 2. When the on-off valve 15 is closed, the water levels in the muddy water chambers 12 and 13 are the same in both chambers 12 and 13, as shown in FIG. It enters the upper part of the room 12 and lowers the muddy water surface 17 in the same room 12. Therefore, the water level rises in one chamber 13, and muddy water enters the upper box 10 from below, and the rush grass 1 inside is immersed in the muddy water to perform mud dyeing. After the mud dyeing is completed, close the on-off valve 15 and open the air release valve. The water level will return to the same level as shown in Figure 3. In this state, open the door of the mud dyeing room 10 and lift the box 2 using a forklift. The boxes 2 are carried out from the same room 10 and then placed in parallel on the warm air blower stand 5 of the drying device 4.
In this way, the warm air blown upward from the blowing stand 5 passes through the storage straw through the grid, perforations, or mesh plate 9 of the box 2, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the back filter, thereby making the storage possible. The mud-dyed strawberry is dried in box 2. After drying, the box 2 is taken out from the blower stand 5 by a forklift, the door 7 of the box 2 is opened, the dried straw grass 1 stored inside is carried out of the box 2, and it is tied up with ties 1.
8 and then stored 19 in a warehouse. The number 22 in Figure 2 is the fork of the forklift.
Reference numeral 23 indicates a fork insertion groove, 24 indicates an upper surface receiver of the fork 22, and 25 in FIG. 3 indicates a highly concentrated muddy water tank for adjusting the density of muddy water in the muddy water chambers 12 and 13.
Further, 26 is a propeller for stirring muddy water, 27 is a prime mover thereof, and 28 is a compressor connected to the compressed air receiver 14.

"Effects of the Invention" Since the present invention is based on the above-mentioned system, the cut straw grass 1 is stored vertically in the box 2 in advance, the side surface is pushed laterally to fix the straw grass 1 in the box 2, and the straw grass 1 is then emptied. Mud dyeing is carried out by muddy water whose water level rises from below in the mud dyeing room 10. Therefore, there is no risk of floating up due to buoyancy, no floating deformation, and good quality mud-dyed straw grass without uneven mud dyeing can be obtained quickly. The box 2 is then moved until the dryer is finished, and the mud dyeing and drying are carried out while it is housed in the same box 2. Therefore, input is required only when binding after drying, and most of the work needs to be mechanized. It is possible to improve work efficiency and perform work in an extremely clean and hygienic manner.
