Claims (1)
- 円筒外囲器内に、軸方向に配置した複数個の矩
形窒化ホウ素棒を介して機械的接触圧により支持
されたヘリツクスを有する遅波回路において、前
記矩形窒化ホウ素棒の前記円筒外囲器の内径に接
触する面に少なくとも１本以上の溝を軸方向に設
けたことを特徴とするヘリツクス形遅波回路。
