- 基板に装着され点灯状態が検査される被検査用
の発光ダイオードと、該発光ダイオードを覆つた
フードと、該フードの内奥に装着され前記発光ダ
イオードからの光の受光用の複数個の受光素子と
、該各受光素子の電気的論理和出力回路とを備え
た発光ダイオード検査装置。
