６図はその発振回路を使用した送信器の問題点を

Claims (1)
- トランジスタと表面弾性波素子とを備えた発振
回路であつて、前記トランジスタからの発振出力
部にローパスフイルタが接続されており、このロ
ーパスフイルタからの出力が前記表面弾性波素子
を介して前記トランジスタの入力側に帰還されて
いることを特徴とする発振回路。
