【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、仮付溶接された二輪車車体を本溶接

を水平姿勢や倒立姿勢に姿勢変化させつ車体各部
の溶接を行なうようにしたものを提案したが、こ
のものでは治具をその長手方向両端部に取付けた
ホルダにおいてガイドレールに支持させ、一端の
ホルダにガイドレールに沿わせて設けたラツクに
咬合する出力軸上のピニオンを有する駆動モータ
を搭載し、該モータの作動で治具を公転させるよ

の長手方向が該ガイドレールの直径方向に沿うよ
うな姿勢で該ガイドレールの水平軸線回りに公転
自在に支持させるものにおいて、該ガイドレール
に沿つて回動自在な円弧状の可動枠を設け、該可
動枠の両端に取付けたホルダに該治具の長手方向
両端部を支持させると共に、該可動枠の略中央に
該ガイドレールに沿わせて設けたラツクに咬合す
る出力軸上のピニオンを有する駆動モータを搭載

つて順にセツトステーシヨン1、結合ステーシヨ
ン2、本溶接ステーシヨン3を配置し、該組立ラ
インに沿つて敷設した軌道4上のレール4a,4
aに台車5を載架し、該台車5に該レール4a,
4a間の固定ラツク4bに咬合するピニオン5a
と、該ピニオン5aをベベルギア5bを介して駆
動するモータ5cとを取付けて、該台車5を該モ
ータ5cによりセツトステーシヨン1から結合ス
テーシヨン2を経て本溶接ステーシヨン3に移動
自在とし、該台車5上に各種センターメンバを位
置決め保持する保持部材6aの複数個を取付けた
