[考案が解決しようとする問題点]

しつかり固定されないこと、突き合わせ部分を完
全に密着させるには、パイプに軸方向の外力を加

本考案のパイプ溶接用固定治具は、前記問題点
を解決するために開発されたもので、テーパ度を
異にする二つの円錐傾斜面を外周両側に有するそ
ろばん玉状をなす心金と、前記円錐傾斜面にそれ
ぞれ対応する円錐面をなす内側面とパイプ内面に
対応する円筒面をなす外側面とを有し前記心金の
対応円錐傾斜面に列設される複数個のセグメント
状のコマよりなる2組のコマ群と、それぞれ1組
のコマ群の各コマに係合して縮径方向の力を付与
するリング状のスプリングと、前記心金及びコマ
群の両側に配設される円板状のプレートと、前記
心金及びプレートの中心穴を貫通し、互に螺合す
るナツトとともに前記両側のプレートを介して前
記2組のコマ群を外側より挟圧可能としたボルト

イプ21A,21Bをこの治具を中心にして回転
させれば、自動溶接も容易に実施可能である。そ

グ3の力によつて各コマ2A,2B群を縮少さ
