ユニツト、6は作業者(侵入物体)、7は警報ブ
ザー、8は超音波送受波ユニツト、51は発振回
路、54は信号処理回路、55は警報器、56は
停止制御部、81は超音波受波器、83は信号処
理回路、84は発振回路、86は超音波送波器で
ある。
