Abstract

PURPOSE:To accelerate the evaporation of moisture from the clothing and shorten the drying time by providing a fan in a cabinet storing a dehumidifying unit and constituting a closed space. CONSTITUTION:A dehumidification type drier with a refrigeration cycle has a fan 14 feeding air to the clothing at an upper corner of a drier cabinet 1, and a motor 15 driving the fan 14 is fitted to the drier cabinet 1 via a fitting base 16. A dehumidifying unit 3 sucks the air in the drier cabinet 1 through a suction port 11 and returns it into the drier cabinet 1 through a blowout port 12 after dehumidification to dehumidify the air in the cabinet 1, the motor 15 is operated to feed the air to the clothing suspended on a hanger 13 and the clothing put on a baggage rack 4 to accelerate drying with the fan 14, and the air in the cabinet 1 is stirred to unify the humidity distribution. The fan 14 of the dehumidifying unit and a fan in a duct are concurrently used, thus the clothing can efficiently be dried in a short time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a dehumidifying dryer having a refrigeration cycle. Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a conventional dehumidifying type dryer, and Figure 6 shows its cross section. The clothes cabinet 3 is a dehumidifying unit installed at the bottom of the dryer cabinet 1;
4 is a pipe for clothes hangers, and 5 is a net shelf. The dehumidifying unit 2 includes an evaporator 6, a condenser 7, a compressor 8, fans 9 and 10, a water receiver is a dish to receive drain water generated by the evaporator 6, and the air in the dryer cabinet 1 is transferred to the air inlet 1.
After being sucked in and dehumidified in step 1, it is returned to the dryer cabinet 1 through the air outlet 12.

In the conventional dehumidifying type dryer configured as described above, which may be hung on the drying clothes hanger 13 or placed on the net shelf 11, the mechanism of drying the clothes will be explained as follows:
The air inside is dehumidified by circulating through the dehumidifying unit 3, and the relative humidity is lowered. Damp clothes hung on the hanger 13 or placed on the net shelf 5 are exposed to the air with lower relative humidity and are dried.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, only natural convection or air arriving from the fan 9 of the dehumidifying unit 3 is the only air that hits the clothes, and the humidity distribution of the air inside the cabinet 1 is poor. This makes it possible to increase the supply of missing evaporation energy, which takes a long time to dry because the supply of evaporation energy is small.

FIG. 4 (L) is a structural diagram of still another embodiment of the present invention, in which an air outlet 17 is installed in the upper part of the pipe 4 for clothes hangers on a mesh shelf 5.
The suction port 18 is placed at the bottom of the fan 14 and the suction port 18, which has a larger air blowing capacity than the required air volume of the dehumidification unit 3.
A duct 21 communicating with the leeward side of the heat exchanger 6.10 of the dehumidification unit 3 is installed near the dehumidification unit 3. Since the leeward side of the heat exchanger 6.10 of the dehumidification unit 3 is connected to the duct 20, only the large air volume fan 14 is operated, and all the dehumidified air is transferred to the clothes hanging on the hanger 13 and the net shelf 4. By passing the clothes placed on top of the dryer, it dries efficiently, and a large amount of air is applied to the clothes to be dried, promoting energy supply and speeding up drying.
