BACKGROUND ART Drainage generated from air conditioning equipment and the like does not necessarily occur regularly, and moreover, it contains garbage and the like. If you try to install a drain pipe for discharging this kind of drain in a location that is not inconvenient for the structure or aesthetics of a building, etc., the slope of the drain pipe cannot be adjusted, so it is likely to become clogged with debris, which can lead to breakdowns. It was the cause of

Therefore, it was proposed to forcefully drain the drain using a drainage pump. In this pump drainage method, when a certain amount of condensate accumulates, the pump is operated to drain the water, but this method requires a container to store the condensate and a switch to detect the condensate accumulation level and turn on/off the power to the pump. However, it is large-sized and uneconomical. On the other hand, there is a method of keeping the pump in constant operation and discharging condensate each time it flows in. A small drainage pump suitable for discharging condensate that contains dirt and has a large fluctuation in flow rate has been proposed. (Jitsukai 1979-
154897, JP-A-61-104191, etc.).

In such a conventional continuous operation type drainage pump, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the pump case a is formed into a substantially conical shape, and the axis c of the runner b is
By forming a large hole that passes through the lid d of the pump case and providing a slit e for introducing air, the amount of air introduced increases when the amount of drain inflow is small, and when the amount of inflow is large. A phenomenon occurs in which the amount of discharged water fluctuates periodically, and when the internal pressure of the pump increases, the amount of air introduced is reduced, allowing drain to be discharged smoothly and continuously with low noise. However, in such a pump, if there is a large amount of drain inflow, droplets may be ejected from the air introduction slit e and wet the motor f, etc. To prevent this, a draining disc g is installed at the upper end of the runner shaft c, etc.
Measures have been taken, such as establishing

Problems to be Solved Conventional drain pumps are normally operated at a low water level on the drain pan due to the small inflow of condensate, but in some cases they may be operated at a high water level. In some cases, it may be necessary to operate at high head and high flow rate. If the pump stops operating in such a case, the water in the drainage line will flow backwards and rush into the pump, causing water to spurt out from the air introduction slit. At this time, the water collides with the draining disk at a high speed and becomes spray and is scattered nearby, but it is difficult to suppress the splashing with the draining disk alone.

Therefore, the present invention has a through hole large enough to suck in a sufficient amount of air for pump operation, but also allows water to flow gently down from the top surface of the pump case lid without becoming a droplet even if water overflows. This was an attempt to improve the drainage pump.

Means for Solving the Problems The improved drainage pump of the present invention is equipped with a runner in which blades are suspended in a substantially conical pump case with a vertical axis, and a through hole of the runner shaft in the pump case lid. has a diameter larger than the diameter of the runner shaft to form an air introduction gap, and the through hole is formed in two stages, an inner large diameter portion and an outer small diameter portion, and the inner wall surface of the small diameter portion. It is formed by extending and protruding into a part of the large diameter part in the form of an eave.

In the present invention, the through hole of the runner shaft has an annular step formed in the middle, and the inner wall surface of the small diameter portion of the step protrudes like an eave toward the large diameter portion. It is preferable that the back side of this protruding portion continues in an arch shape to the inner wall surface of the large diameter portion.

Effects Drainage pumps that have a specially shaped through hole in the runner shaft as described above will not be able to escape from the through hole even if it is operated at a high water level and head, or if there is a backflow of wastewater due to the drainage pump stopping. Overflowing water only flows out gently and does not become spray.

Embodiment An example of the drainage pump of the present invention is shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is the main body of the pump case, and 2 is the lid of the pump case. 3 is a blade of the runner, and 4 is a shaft of the runner, which is fitted onto the output shaft 5a of the motor 5. The lid 2 is provided with a hole 6 through which the shaft 4 of the runner passes, and fluid can enter and exit through the gap with the shaft 4.

The inner wall of the through hole 6 has a larger diameter on the pump case side, and a smaller diameter on the motor side, that is, the outer side, and a stepped portion 7 is provided therebetween. Further, the stepped portion 7 is configured such that the inner wall surface of the small diameter portion protrudes like an eave toward the large diameter portion, and the back surface of the eave shaped portion continues in an arch shape with the inner wall surface of the large diameter portion.

When the drainage pump of the present invention is operated and water overflows from the through hole 6 as the runner rotates, the water flows forcefully into the through hole 6, but the direction of water flow is reversed by the stepped portion 7. Since the water flows inward, the force of the water trying to go out is weakened and the water flows out gently from the through hole 6, and no droplets are ejected.

The drainage pump of the present invention is not only capable of continuous, low-noise operation in response to wide changes in the amount of inflow water, but also does not cause droplets to be scattered due to fluctuations in flow rate even when operating at full capacity. Moreover, even when the pump operation is stopped, no droplets are ejected due to the backflow of wastewater, so it is possible to perform simple installation without providing a special waterproof cover.
