Claims (1)
- 屋上部分を階段式に構成し、かつ、上下複数の
住戸部分によるメゾネツト住戸を屋上側に形成し
た集合住宅において、前記メゾネツト住戸の上階
側と下階側の住戸部分の屋上を階段式にして、当
該メゾネツト住戸の下階側住戸部分の屋上を上階
側住戸部分のバルコニーに構成してあることを特
徴とする集合住宅。
