記流体を導出するための出口継手と、前記電極部
からの流体を前記出口継手に導く第2チユーブと
を具備し、前記電極部、第1チユーブ、及び第2
チユーブをハウジング内に収容すると共に、該ハ
ウジング内の空間に熱伝導率の大きい樹脂若しく
はハンダでなる熱媒体を充填したことを特徴とす
