Claims (1)

子とを備えており、前記ナツト部材の外周面に上
方が開放され、起立部で両側が区画された複数の
凹所部が放射状に突出して形成され、前記凹所部
に嵌め合わされる複数の内方突起を前記締着台の
内周面に放射状に設けており、 前記摩擦板の弾撥力に抗して前記締着台を前記
押え具に押し付け、前記内方突起の間を前記凹所
部を通過させた後、前記締着台の内方突起が前記
凹所部の起立部を乗り越えるように前記締着台を
