置に給紙方向に回転可能に設けられた給紙ローラ

に近接した位置に給紙方向と直交する方向に回転
可能に設けられた捌きローラと、 上記捌きローラを上記給紙ローラの動作開始前
に動作させる回転駆動制御手段とを備えたことを
