    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧側ポンプ３２が、ポンプ室５６の容積を増
    減する往復部材５２の往復動に対して前記ポンプ
    室５６のシールを保持する高圧シール６２、中圧
    シール６４及び低圧シール６６を前記ポンプ室５
    ６側から備え、第１の液圧空間７０が前記高圧シ
    ール６２と前記中圧シール６４との間に、及び第
    ２の液圧空間７２が前記中圧シール６４と前記低
    圧シール６６との間に、それぞれ形成され、前記
    第１の液圧空間７０は前記高圧側ポンプ３２の吸
    入口４２へ連通し、低圧側ポンプ１４から吐出さ
    れた液体１２が、調圧装置２４により調圧されて
    、前記高圧側ポンプ３２の吸入口４２へ送られ、
    前記調圧装置２４からの余剰液体が前記第２の液
    圧空間７２へ供給されることを特徴とするポンプ
    装置。
