Claims (1)
- 開口端が矩形状で下方に向かつて縮径し、円筒
状ネツク部に連結したバルブに対して同軸配置さ
れかつ相対的に上下動して開口端よりバルブ内に
挿入される同軸配置された二重のパイプと、パイ
プ下端に連結され、下方に向かつて縮径しバルブ
ネツク部内面全周に弾性的に接触するキヤツプと
で構成され、内側のパイプに供給した塗布剤をパ
イプ下端部でバルブ内に出し、外側のパイプの下
端部より塗布剤を真空ポンプにより吸収するよう
にしたことを特徴とする内面塗布装置。
