Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プリント基板に電子部品をハンダ付けするハン
    ダ付けラインを備えた自動ハンダ付け機において
    、前記ハンダ付けラインの左右に該ハンダ付けラ
    インに沿つて設けられた２本の架台のそれぞれの
    外周部に多数配列され、かつこれら架台の外周部
    に設けられたガイドレールを有する循環手段によ
    り該架台の外周部を水平方向に循環するとともに
    ２本の架台におけるそれぞれの内側の外周面側で
    プリント基板の左右両端部を挾持し、該プリント
    基板をハンダ付けライン上に搬送する搬送爪であ
    つて、 前記架台の循環手段に懸架された板状の支持体
    と、この支持体の一方の面の下端部に突出して設
    けられかつプリント基板の端部を掛止する溝を形
    成した爪部と、前記支持体の他方の面に一部が突
    出して設けられ、かつ循環手段のガイドレールに
    当接して案内される当接部とからなるとともに、
    少なくとも異なる二種の合成樹脂より成形され、
    前記爪部及び当接部は、前記支持体を貫通して一
    体に形成されているとともに支持体を形成する樹
    脂より耐熱性及び耐摩耗性に優れた合成樹脂によ
    り形成されたことを特徴とする自動ハンダ付け機
    用プリント基板搬送爪。
