短い位置にアピカルシートを形成する。このとき
最終拡大形成に使用したリーマー又はフアイルよ
り2番大き目なガツタパーチヤポイントのメイン
ポイントを挿入し、生じた根管の空〓にさらにア
クセサリーポイントと称するガツタパーチヤポイ
ントを挿入する。そしてスプレツターと称する側
圧充填用器具を用いてガツタパーチヤポイントを
側方に圧接し、出来た空〓にさらにアクセサリー
ポイントを挿入する。この作業を何回か繰り返
し、根管を緻密に閉塞し作業を終了する。この術
式を側圧根管充填法という。この術式において最
終的には歯牙の窩洞からはみ出たガツタパーチヤ
ポイントの頭部を切断しなければならない。従来
はエキスカと称する先端が小さい板状をした器具
を火炎で加熱して余分なガツタパーチヤポイント
を切断除去する方向がとられている。また、最近
は半田ゴテ状の小さな器具を用いて切断除去する
方法を用いている場合もある。

を設けることもできる。電池2、スイツチ3及び
発光ダイオード4を電気的に連結可能にされてタ
ーミナル5でニクロム線6と連結される。該ニク
ロム線はハンドル1から突出したカバー8内のセ
ラミツク製細管7を通つて外部にニクロム線先端
部9を形成する。ニクロム線先端部9は歯牙の窩
洞に挿入し易いように一方に傾斜させる。発光ダ
イオードの発光を確認しながら操作するためには
下顎の歯のガツタパーチヤポイントの切断除去の
ためには発光ダイオードの発光位置と反対方向に
ニクロム線先端部9が傾斜すると便利であるし、
上顎の歯を処置するためには同じ方向に傾斜させ
