図面は本考案の技術的内容を示すものであつて
、第１図は本考案における要部構成部材を分解し
て示した斜面図、第２図は本考案による熱交換器
の全般的構成関係を示した平面図、第３図はその
側面図、第４図は第２図における…線にそつ
た断面図、第５図は従来の熱交換器における仕切
り板接合不良部分の説明図、第６図は本考案にお
ける仕切り板接合不良部分での漏れ発生状態の説
明図、第７図は本考案における仕切り板の重合状
態を示した拡大断面図、第８図から第１０図は本
考案における仕切り板の変形例を示した各斜面図
である。 然してこれらの図面において、１は熱交換チユ
ーブ、２はコルゲートフイン、３，４はヘツダー
パイプ、５はチユーブ挿入孔、６は冷媒入口管、
７は冷媒出口管、８，９はサイドプレート、１０
は仕切り板、１０ａはその外径部、１１は切込み
部、１２，１３は蓋片、１４はろう材を示すもの
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 間隔を採つて配設されたヘツダーパイプとこれ
    らヘツダーパイプを連結する複数の熱交換チユー
    ブを有し、それら熱交換チユーブに熱交換フイン
    を配設し前記ヘツダーパイプと熱交換チユーブ内
    に熱交換媒体を蛇行状に流通させるようにしたも
    のにおいて、前記ヘツダーパイプの少くとも一方
    に上記蛇行状流通を図るための仕切り板を取付け
    るに当り、前記ヘツダーパイプに２枚の仕切り板
    厚さに相当した幅を有する切込み部を形成し、該
    切込み部に対し片面にろう材がクラツドされた仕
    切り板をそれらのろう材を有しない面が接合され
    て重合した２枚の仕切り板を嵌入設定し、ろう付
    接合されたことを特徴とする熱交換器。
